The £40m project was to transform the A&E department at Manchester Royal Infirmary, that has seen the facilities modernised and an increase in capacity.

All departments have been refurbished along with the creation of six new operating theatres, this was all undertaken with the hospital still being operational.

Freecadd services completed the full MEP building services modelling for all the departments, this was done as part of a phased installation.
