The New Kings College Hospital outpatients services building is a four-storey 3,450sqm modular build, that will provde 48 purpose-deisgned consulation rooms and eight procedure rooms for a range of services, including dermatology, respitory, neurosciences, pain management and urology as well as other aspects of surgery and therapies.

Freecadd Services was responsible for the RIBA Stage 5 construction design, comprising of a fully coordinated BIM Model and the building services installation drawings for the contractor.

We are also currently involved in updating the BIM Model to produce the As Installed drawings.
